A little known fact, the majority of women’s self defense courses were in fact designed by men and most male self defense instructors complicate the problem by having a incompetent female instructor teach his revision of self defense to women.

The other problem is the inexperienced female trainer who thinks there is no difference between male and female training.
Both unfortunately are completely wrong.

This course was designed specifically for women by one of the Top Female Self Defense Trainers in this country who survived and won several lethal encounters.
This Course will also be taught by one of the Top Female Trainers in the Country.

  • Legal considerations

Blank Guns and a Padded Assaulter Suit will be utilized for realistic training.

All courses are Eight Hours in Length

Equipment needed

  • Firearm (Recommended Glock, S&W M&P, Springfield XD)
  • Holster
  • Extra Magazine pouch / holder
  • Good Folding Knife or Straight Knife
  • 100 rounds of ammunition
  • Wear the same type of clothes you wear for everyday use.
